The WFR and WFR recertification courses will be held at the AMS Mountain Shop on F street in East Talkeetna, Alaska, 113 miles north of Anchorage.
The Wilderness First Responder course check-in is at 7:45 a.m. on the first day.
The WFR Recertification course check-in is at 8:45 a.m. on the first day.
Course days will run from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If driving, parking is available at the AMS Mountain Shop. Coffee, teas and some snack foods will be available for purchase; we encourage students to bring snacks. Please remember to bring clothes that are warm but that you don't mind getting stained, and a pair of slippers or inside-only shoes.
