Reservation requests for the Mountain House are accepted up to one year in advance.
To reserve nights at the Mountain House, please read, complete, and return a Group Reservation form and at least one Individual Information form. Include the full non-refundable payment for all nights.
Upon registration, we will send you detailed information along with forms needed for each member of your party to complete and return to us. Reservation requests may be sent by mail, fax or email.
2012 Rates:
2012 Private Group Rate of 4 or less: $135 per night
2012 Commercial Use Rate or Groups of 5 or greater: $200 per night
2013 Rates:
2013 Private Group rate of 4 or less: $140 per night
2013 Commercial Use Rate or Groups of 5 or greater: $210 per night
After you have been registered, each member of the party will be required to complete and return the following forms:
AMS recommends that you purchase travel insurance immediately after paying your deposit. This special insurance may cover costs if you are unable to join your program due to personal emergency, personal or family medical reasons, or if a program is canceled for reasons beyond AMS' control. It may also cover evacuation and medical expenses in the result of illness or injury. AMS is not responsible for costs associated with canceled enrollment, programs that cancel for reasons beyond AMS' control, or evacuations from the mountains.
